In the meantime he thought about the blockage and realized there was a better approach to solving the problem. When he returned he had the equipment needed to finally resolve the messy issue. Before he left he cleaned the place up. He mentioned that his next appt was to work on a furnace; I mentioned that I had a furnace issue and before he left he inspected the unit and realized what the problem was. He will be ordering the part and returning to install it . He was very professional, very pleasant, and confident that he could fix the problem and he did just that. "We have used A. Accurate 3 times. The 1st was several years ago to replace a defective water line between our meter and foundation. Jerry (the project leader) was extremely helpful in negotiating the foundation landscaping. The second occasion was for a leaking hose bib. I contacted Jerry again, and he was on site within an hour, and this was on a Saturday morning. Problem solved by noon. We then scheduled a 3rd call to replace 3 bathroom faucet sets.
